From Drop-shipping to Drop-servicing.

--

This business model, which I am about to present, is the culmination of over 10 years of experience. My journey began with dropshipping on eBay in early 2014, where I achieved impressive success, earning over $300 per day at my peak. It was a breakthrough moment after years of setbacks and failures.

However, as eBay started to change its policies, I foresaw potential challenges ahead. Consequently, I transitioned from selling physical products to offering services sourced from Fiverr.com, such as web design, business plan creation, and SEO services. This shift to drop servicing proved to be equally profitable, if not more so.

The success of my new approach inspired me to create a video on my YouTube channel, which at the time had only 12 subscribers. Following the release of the video where I introduced this model, which I termed ‘Fiverr Arbitrage,’ my subscriber count soared to over 1,000 in a short period.

The overwhelming response compelled me to develop a course based on this business model. This course has been incredibly rewarding, as it has enabled me to assist hundreds of students worldwide. These individuals, much like myself back in 2014, have earned their first dollar online. Many have gone on to quit their jobs, achieve six-figure incomes, or supplement their primary income without taking on additional jobs.

Below, you will find a concise overview of this business model. If you are interested in exploring this further, I also offer mentorship opportunities.

- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction.

6. **Scaling the Business**:

- **Expand Services**: Add more related services based on client needs and market demand.

- **Increase Marketing Efforts**: Invest in more marketing channels and strategies to attract a larger client base.

- **Hire More Freelancers**: As your client base grows, expand your network of freelancers to handle increased workload.

### Outbound Marketing Tactics:

1. **Cold Emailing**:

- **Targeted Lists**: Build or purchase targeted email lists of potential clients.

- **Personalized Outreach**: Craft personalized emails highlighting how your services can solve their specific problems.

- **Follow-ups**: Send follow-up emails to non-responders, reiterating the value of your services.

2. **Cold Calling**:

- **Research Prospects**: Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and industry directories.

- **Value Proposition**: Prepare a compelling value proposition to present during calls.

- **Scripts and Training**: Develop scripts and train your team (or yourself) to handle objections and close deals.

3. **Direct Mail**:

- **Creative Packages**: Send creatively designed direct mail packages that grab attention and highlight your services.

- **Follow-up Strategy**: Follow up with recipients via email or phone to gauge interest and set up meetings.

4. **Industry Partnerships**:

- **Collaborate with Complementary Businesses**: Partner with businesses offering complementary services to cross-promote each other’s offerings.

- **Joint Ventures**: Enter joint ventures with established businesses to leverage their client base and reputation.

By leveraging Fiverr for freelancer services and employing a mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, you can build a scalable and profitable managed service provider business.
